Myfotowall.com® is committed to providing you with a safe and private environment to upload your photos. All of your photos are not visible to other users. Myfotowall.com® will not disclose the email addresses described in this Section to any third party.


Your Personal Information
Myfotowall.com® only uses your personal information to conduct business with you. Your personally identifiable information will not be rented, sold or shared with any third party, except as clearly described in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise expressly agreed by you.

Information You Explicitly Provide
In order to place any orders for prints or other products provided through the Site, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information to us, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, phone number, and a credit-card number and expiry date. We will use that information to process your order and to communicate with you about your order. We will also use this information to send promotional material to you about our products and services if you have agreed to our doing so.
